If a hospital has not sponsored neonatologist in the past five years, it may have openings this year and sponsor you - as long as they CAN sponsor.

- USCIC New Employment Designation (^ symbol)

- Salaries offered over the years

You can tell J-1 waiver positions apart from the rest (e.g. continued H1B employment) by looking at the start month and the USCIS designation of New Employment (^ symbol). This way you gain even more confidence which hospital sponsored J-1 waiver attendings.

You cannot find another list like this online. There are recruiters out there who claim they have a list of hospitals that sponsor J1 waivers. We interacted with them and they only present you a subset of these places through their personal connections. They can be useful, but they cannot (and by the contracts we have seen) will not offer you a list of places that you can choose from.
